3.Does bestprintproduct.com offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping on most items. Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination. Additional charges apply when you choose to expedite your order.
When an order is able to be expedited, you will see the expedited shipping option(s) available to you along with the shipping rate and estimated delivery timeframe under the Review Order section of the checkout page.
How can I check my order status?
Congrats on your great deal, savvy shopper! We are so glad that you found something you liked. We work as quickly as we can to get your order on it’s way to you. We know it will be worth the wait, but to ease your anticipation we have given you a way to track your orders progress right in your My Account page. From here, you can follow your order every step, from submission to delivery.

There are some status terms you should know. Below are the different order statuses:
Submitted: You successfully submitted your order to bestprintproduct.com! The order will go through a brief review, and will be sent to the warehouse for processing.
Processing: Your order is at an Overstock warehouse being prepped for shipment. Usually, orders are shipped out within 2 business days.
Shipped: Your order is on its way! A tracking number should have been emailed to you so you can track the item as it makes its way to you.
Delivered: The carrier indicated that they have delivered your items! Double check your tracking to see where they left your package.
Cancelled: Few circumstances can cause an order cancellation:
Your form of payment could not be successfully processed.
You cancelled the order.
Due to an unforeseen circumstance, Overstock cannot process an order at that time.
Return Initiated: At your request, Overstock set up a return for an order.
Return Complete: An Overstock warehouse received the returned item.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost package to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. 7.Customs , Taxes And Duties:
Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
8.How Do I track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
My order says delivered, but I don’t have it?
Some possible things that could have happened.
– They didn’t scan it correctly and it will show up the next day.
– The carrier could have left it at a neighbors house by accident or a front desk if you live in an apartment. Please check.
– If you still can’t find the order please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
9.What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
